In this video, I reflect on my first bout EVER of heartburn. I asked my midwife about the symptoms of heartburn early on in the pregnancy, since I’d never actually experienced it before, and just this week I noticed mild heartburn for a few days. I’ve also started walking and stretching this week, which has reduced my pelvic girdle pain (PGP) and stiffness. And don’t forget the runny eggs and the butter! That’s what I’m craving right now… Check it out!
